A Haunting on Clinton Street: An Opening to Remember

The Opening weekend of The Strange & Unusual Gallery’s A Haunting on Clinton Street has come and gone and boy was it a blast. We were beyond excited to bring you our first official Halloween Themed Show, hard to believe it only took three years to accomplish.

A Haunting on Clinton Street features work from our Resident artists, a handful of returning artists and few new guest artists. Our window display caught the eye of passersby for a week leading up to the opening, many of whom came back to see what we were hiding behind the mad scientist in the window. Visitors were enthralled from the moment they walked in the room by our Eye Wall, the Eerie Photography Collection, the Glowing Black Light Art, upcycled vintage dish collection featuring some cheeky phrases, and the curiously curated curio cabinet. There was no shortage of things to fall in love with and it showed as many of these pieces were adopted into new homes.

If you weren’t able to join us last weekend you’re in luck… A Haunting on Clinton Street is running until November 4th, with the gallery open Friday & Saturday evenings. Check our Facebook page for the most accurate hours.
